@danielledanielle  I love seeing those Rephr brushes rolling in. (I think mine might’ve arrived today; gotta go check the package room tonight!) Thanks for the brush comparison photos and showing the Yosegi in its post-wash fluffy form.

WYN does seem to be on its last legs. I read an Afrotech article about it a month or so… looking for it again… search for “Strategic Partner Behind Serena Williams' Wyn Beauty Collapses — Here's What This Could Mean For The Beauty Brand” to read it. (You’ll probably get Yahoo’s repost of the article as the first result.) When the brand launched, I thought the premise of long-wearing makeup—especially from an athlete’s perspective—would do well, especially since there was also all that setting spray (One/Size and various other brands) hype at the time. 🤷‍♀️I have a couple of their bullet lipsticks and lip liners, and their mascara. I haven’t tried a gloss yet but gosh, maybe I should now.

And isn’t it crazy how expensive sunscreen is in the US (and some other countries) compared to South Korea and Japan? Good grief. Glad you like the Torriden sheet mask!

Yosegi is really beautiful. Rephr has really knocked it out with this year and last year's holiday brushes.  Looking forward to your brush reveal!

@anaaii  If you have a TJMaxx (or Winners, if you’re in Canada) nearby, check there. I saw a similar Makeup Eraser set at one of my local TJMaxx stores this week.

@anaaii , I'm not sure, because it was gifted.  I searched and it's available at Walmart. And last year at Costco (or a year and a half?)

Nice @missjeanie .  One question if you purchase it today 10/31 and it isn't delivered until November is it a October haul or a November haul?  I know it doesn't really matter but what are people's thoughts.

@CorgiMommy @I usually post it on the month I get the items.  It’s really up to you on what month you want to post it. When you get it or when you bought it.

@CorgiMommy  Anything I order in month X that arrives in month Y gets posted in month Y’s hauls thread. I usually add an “ordered last month” note.

Also, I sometimes don’t get around to posting stuff I received in month X until month Y for various reasons. Example: I have some October items from Inglot, NARS, Harlem Candle Co., and Beautylish to post, and those’ll go in this November thread. I’m intentionally sitting on the Beautylish stuff because my gift card event order was split into 2 deliveries; I’d rather photograph and post that whole order at once than have to do it twice, especially if I swatch things for y’all.

And sometimes I wait to post things til I’ve had 1-7 days to test ‘em, so I can share performance feedback. I don’t do that often with eyeshadow palettes because playtime depends on how my eyes are doing (health-wise) at any given time. Other makeup’s usually easier to test within a week—especially lipstick, which I wear almost daily anyway.

How’s that for a long-winded answer? 🤣

@CorgiMommy  I usually go with when it arrives, not when I ordered it. IDK if that's "correct" or not, but it's easiest for me to think of it that way.
