Sunscreen haul

• Goongbe Fresh Sun Stick Mild SPF 50
• Good Weather Skin (GWS) The One Warm Glow Daily Sun Cream (SPF 30) - glowy, tinted mineral sunscreen - learned about this BIPOC owned brand at an event last month. They sold out of all but their tinted lip balms by the time I made it down to the sales floor but I had a lovely conversation with one of the co-founders. They have a body sunscreen (SPF 50) launching on the 6th that I'm looking forward to picking up. 
• Summer Fridays ShadeDrops Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Daily Mineral Milk Sunscreen 1.7 oz/50 ml - I originally planned on picking up the reformulated Aestura gel moisturizer and a sample of this sunscreen for the May beauty challenge (NEW) ends May 28, 2026 🛍️ but my store didn't have the Aestura in stock so I went with this sunscreen.
• Jeu'Demeure Anti Sun: Age Melatonin Sun Cream SPF 50+ PA++++ - originally received this as a gift from a friend and enjoyed it so much that I found a way to get another one from Seoul. 🙌

Asian beauty haul

One of the local Asian beauty boutiques in town started carrying the Chinese beauty brand JudyDoll and I originally went into the store to check out and swatch those items (which will be part of another haul post when all those items come in), but came away with these beauties this go round. 

Japanese beauty haul

• Canmake Make Me Happy Nail Oil Bergamot Jasmine
• Canmake Nail Hardener - this is a repeated repurchase - I picked up two - one as a backup for myself and one as a gift 
• Canmake Color Mixing Concealer - 02 Natural Beige
• GGP Hand Cream (Peach) - another repeated repurchase - like the Canmake Nail Hardener, this frequently goes out of stock; I usually pick one up if I see it in store
• Liberta Baby Foot Exfoliating Peel Foot Mask (Osmanthus & Vanilla) 
• Liberta Baby Foot Exfoliating Peel Foot Mask (Hello Kitty Limited Edition) 

Korean beauty haul

• Clio Kill Cover Mesh Glow Essential Cushion x2 - they were having a promotion - buy 1, get 1 50% off. I picked up shades 23N Ginger and 21N Linen - the latter is my shade for the cooler seasons and a good under eye shade for me in the warmer seasons.

Eleventh hour Sephora Savings Event haul

SEPHORA COLLECTION Reusable Travel Container Set - gifted the first one I picked up during the SSE and picked up another one for myself.

@itsfi  Wow! Amazing haul. I love that travel set. It’s so cute! Is that even a spray!!!! Wow! 😮 oooo look at all the SPF. Have you tested them out? Did the SF one bother your skin???

Thanks @ather; a smattering of a host of things. I have some catching up to do and not a lot of time to do it in. Eek. Yes, it's a spray bottle, super cute. I will give the Summer Fridays a try this week; had a couple of sunscreens with just a few uses left in the bottles and wanted to get through them first but I'll do a patch test of the SF. Did you pick it up?

Also, did you see Summer Fridays released new bronzers? Did you get one?

@itsfi  Urg life can be busy!!!!

I have not picked up the new SF SPF yet. I want to wait and get through what I have for now. But super curious if people like it the same. One of the few sunscreens that don’t make my eyes water!!!  Urg I saw the bronzer and the brush and I am holding on to my willpower not to buy them. But it’s even worse. I saw Rhode tease a bronzer too. And it looks like the glazing milk but with a shiny tint. So I’ll also be holding on to my willpower to to get that too!!! 

Will you pick them up? Do you use bronzer often? I have MERIT Bronze Balm Sheer Sculpting Bronzer  I have been reaching for it more only because I have some tan lines on my face I am trying to cover. I think from my hair maybe. It looks awful!! But I can’t justify getting a new one or 2. Have you seen the Rhode teaser?

lol, 'tis the season for sunscreen and bronzer, @ather. Not a bad thing. I haven't seen a recent teaser for a Rhode bronzer but I saw one a while ago, with a brush. While I'm pretty set with go-to bronzers, I can see myself picking up the Rhode at some point, but would want to see the shades offered. Love the convenience of the Merit bronzers, just wish they had shades that ran neutral or more cool. The one that leans the most cool is still too warm (and too light except for winter) for me.

@itsfi  Did the SF ones look cool enough for you? I wonder if the Rhode will have more light options. I like the idea of the Rhode one because it’s a stick where the SF is a compact.

I haven't seen them in person yet @ather but based on their description and the images on the product page and other marketing materials there seems to be a couple of shades that look like they could be cool/neutural toned enough for me. There are a couple of bronzers that I'd like to pick up before this one but I do want to at least see them in person and swatch them.

lol, that had cream has been a popular item for as long as I can remember 😂 I've always assumed that the peach scent has something to do with it. It's also a nice size for carrying with you and it's not greasy either.

I will get back to you on that LIberta x HK foot peel mask - I picked it up to gift; I thought, or actually just guessed that it would smell like apple pie, based on the illustration in the corner, but I'll find out from the gift recipient whether it smells like apple pie, pancake ,or something else (?) and get back to you @danielledanielle.

Ooooouh, Hakuhodo 😍 I love that you can play / test the brushes at The Makeup Show @danielledanielle. I like the design of that esum eyeshadow palette - it looks very sleek.

Same @itsfi .  They had these cute little GWPs a week ago that I was looking at, so then I started screenshoting things to look at .. I'm proud I stopped at three.  Didn't see the little GWPs , so that was probably for the best.
