@AOLONIA43 Sephora Employee here. The sale started for Rouge yesterday. VIB can shop the sale on 11/5.

@AOLONIA43  Are you Rouge or VIB? (The badge beside your username says VIB.) From now through 11/4, the code “savings” will only work for Rouge members and anyone they gave a shareable code link to. The “savings” code will work for all VIB members starting 11/5 as a 15% discount. 

If a Rouge member sent you their shareable code link and that’s not working for you, then either someone else already used that link (those shared codes are one-time-only use) or there’s a glitch happening. If it’s a glitch, you and/or the Rouge member who sent their link to you should contact Sephora customer service.
