I was wary of this since the concealer was partly why I wanted to take advantage of the deal. I was surprised they got it right and I was able to obtain points on this purchase. I definitely would not do it again unless I was in a pinch (highly unlikely) or they have another deal since I like shopping myself.

Here is a super quick picture of a teensy little haul taking advantage of the Sephora sales. I couldn’t take a picture of some of the items just because they’re already all wrapped up. 

Bite Beauty Mini Feast Your Eyes Mascara & Eyeliner Set was such a good deal being marked down to $13 and the additional 20% on top of that.  
Violet Voss Mini Sunflower Eyeshadow Palette is going to be a gift for one of my favorite coworkers. I just picked this up yesterday so it’s not wrapped, lol.

Briogeo Curl Charisma™ Rice Amino + Avocado Leave–In Defining Cream is going to be another gift for a friend. 
I grabbed the Sol de Janeiro Stellar Celebration during the f&f sale thanks to @Guessgal! 💞 I didn’t think to grab a picture before it got wrapped up. I also hauled Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Hydra'Reset Intensive Recovery Glycerin Hand Mask 2.5 oz/ 75 mL and Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Touch Hand Cream 1.7 oz/50 mL to try to combat my winter ecsema.

Also for myself I grabbed some essential products. @Guessgal I still haven’t found the perfect winter hand cream but Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Hydra'Reset Intensive Recovery Glycerin Hand Mask 2.5 oz/ 75 mL is a pretty close contender. I only use it at night, to salvage as much as possible. It’s rich enough for the burning to stop but still not quite enough for the cracks to go away. 

Edit: also, of course I’ve been wrapping like crazy.  Two wrapping themes are going on here— one for under the tree for Mr. Bear and I, one for going out of the house under others’ trees.

and I may be shopping for Galentine’s wrap already. 😅

Liquid Lurex shades Liza and Diana - Lisa says these liquid shadows don’t budge once they’ve dried down, and she’s not kidding—at least, my blended-out swatches didn’t smudge or move at all when I rubbed my hand a couple minutes after application. The unblended opaque side of my swatches stayed wet though, so I’ll have to use less product if I try these as eyeliners. They’re very sparkly pretty in person though. My swatch photo doesn’t show off the sparkles. 

I didn't aim for sheer coverage while finger-blending these swatches, but I'm sure it's possible.

Gloss Embrace shade Dragon - Yay, it was back in stock when I ordered the 2 liquid shadows! Based on my hour-long wear test, it’ll perform as well as the other Gloss Embrace shades I own. 

Ulta: 

Will test the eye mask tonight/this morning.

Slip Contour Sleep Mask - I have 2 flat Slip silk sleep masks (heh, try saying that 5 times in a row) and love 'em. But whenever I have allergy fits, infections, or styes, my eyes can’t handle any fabric—not even silk—resting right up against my lids. So I’ll try this contoured silk sleep mask that’s designed to accommodate lash extensions. Hopefully it’s comfy for side sleeping. 

GWP: Slip Skinny Scrunchie - This one has embedded crystals so I might not use it. (I worry those crystals will snag my hair.) Might give it away. I wish the GWP was a plain ol’ Skinny Scrunchie because my hair loves those. 

Morgan Taylor Platinum Pro Nail Lacquer shade Frolic In Fairy Dust and React Extended Wear Top Coat - Eh, I’ve never tried MT’s top coat before. I don’t recall the bonus/sale offer Ulta had for the brand at time of order, but it convinced me to add to cart. I’m actually not a huge fan of holos… don’t hate ‘em at all, but I’m much more a duo/multichrome nail fan. A few holo shades lure me once in a while, like this blue one. 


I'll have to double check my Ulta orders/purchases log to make sure they gave me double points for my birthday month. I still have issues figuring out Ulta's math after all these years of membership. At first glance, some part of the ledger always looks wrong to me and I end up recalculating everything to make sure it's correct. I keep saying there's gotta be a way for Ulta to make this more straightforward but, I dunno, maybe they enjoy confusing customers. 😂

@faeriegirl  I've used the sleep mask twice and it's worked very well for me. The padded eye area is very soft, so I don't feel like there's hard/super dense foam pressed against my face. The mask doesn't press against my lids at all. Depending on how far onto my side I roll, the lashes on one eye might brush against the mask. And I'm still getting used to side-sleeping with this mask... it's not uncomfortable, just slightly bulky in that position. It helps me sleep more on my back. 😄
