I have a straightening brush, can't remember the brand, but it wasn't cheap.  I like it a lot better than a straightening iron- way more effective for me.  Plus I can do waves a little easier.  @Insomniacmuffin

@Insomniacmuffin I have the Amika Brush. I will say I like it but... you must have bone pin dry hair to use it. I learned that the hard way when I tried to use it with semi (lightly damp) hair and my hair blew up with frizz after use. It definitely though is the top tier of straightening brushes. Hope that provides you some more info 🙂
