Original Mothers' Day Gift Ideas?

Do any of you guys have original Mothers' Day Gift Ideas for a Mom who has pretty much everything and always says she doesn't need anything?  My mom is in her sixties and I would love to give her something that will kind of lift up her spirits a bit and just make her feel inspired to start off this summer season on a good note.  We've all been a bit down in the last couple of years, I guess... LOL  I'm totally out of ideas...

Omg, these are beautiful!  It must take so much time to make these arrangements...  I would only have enough patience to make one... 😂  It IS a very original idea though...  Thank you!
