My friend got me a $40 Sephora gift card. Does anyone have any recommendations for 13-year-old girl who just started using make up and skin care? All advice appreciated!

rare beauty liquid highlight is really good!! also gloss ultralips and glossier cloud paint!

Laneige Lip Sleeping mask is amazing to use! Rare Beauty liquid blushes are amazing, a little dot can do a lot of work!
