Birthday Gift Ideas

I want to buy a birthday gift for my teenager friend! She loves mauve colored lip products, and she absolutely loves lip oils/glosses. Any recommendations for lip oils or lipglosses on a budget? Or, Iā€™m also thinking of getting her a makeup set (2-3 products). She loves anything makeup! (not so much skincare). Let me know if you guys have any recommendations!
