Best Concealer

hi it have very oily skin and large pores as well as blackheads, im looking for a concealer that doesn't crease, is light weight, full coverage and doesn't make my acne worse. i was looking at the too faced born this way concealer but, I'm not sure if i should get it, please help me out! Thanks!

@emmakwliu. I had a ton of blackheads until I started a skin care regime. What really got rid of my blackheads was Peter Thomas Roth Retinol 3%. I would exfoliate with the tried and true St. ives apricot scrub. Many people say it's to harsh but I have terribly oily skin and it works great. I also use Clinique Acne Toner to help control the oil. For concealer I use Urban Decay Naked Concealer. It doesn't crease on me and stays put all day. It's lightweight but full coverage.

I have recently fallen in love with the born this way concelear. I usr it to contour too. it's very full coverage and pigmented. I highly recommend it. it's not to exspensive either which is a bonus. oooo... and the bottle is HUGE! hope you find what you are looking for.

My favorite concealer hands down is the Colourpop no filter concealer. They don’t carry it at Sephora but you can get it on their website. It’s cheap and full coverage and doesn’t break me out

I really like the Too Faced sculpting concealer! I would highly recommend. The only downfall is that it does not stay matte all day.

I use to have the same issue with my skin. I would break out often and most skin care professional told me to buy product to deal with the acne . I went to a spa and the aesthetician during my consult said be cause my skin is sensitive, it can’t handle harsh/strong cleanser and moisturizing products. She said I needed to cater to the sensitivity of my skin and my acne would clear up, and it did. My skin is so sensitive I use ‘Live Clean’ baby shampoo as my cleaner. My acne cleared up and it’s been over 5 years.

One concealer doesnt cut it; I have a fine assortment of acne (name it,I've got it). On that note, i use three different concealers, one on top of another(under eyes and around my face). I moisturize, prime, foundation, 3 concealers, spray set, bake, spray set. Uh girl that is way too much concealer. No one needs three! I use one and it's just fine. Maybe an extra coat if your bags are extremely dark one day but other than that, don't add anymore. That's a waste of money as well as putting too much makeup in your pores and can cause impurities.

So firstly get rid of the black heads by exfoliating and using face masks regularly charcoal is very good for removing blackheads also home facials or professional once or twice a mth concealers I like the tarte shape tape and MAC liquid concealers are pretty good I also like the UD Naked it’s light and full coverage

Skincare is very important. I have some of the same issues and after finding a good skin care routine the best concealer I found was NARS Full Coverage Soft Matte Complete Concealer.

Skincare may be a better option as covering it with makeup may worsen your skin concerns by clogging pores. Sephora has a nice filtering system where you can select concerns and narrow down products to help. Best of luck!

I recommend focusing on skincare to help with those concerns then you won't need a full coverage concealer and you wouldn't be as oily. As for concealer, Nars soft matte concealer for face, if applying around eyes don't forget to prep eye area with a eye cream or it will crease in the lines. Tarte creaseless under eye concealer. Also Urban Decay All nighter concealer!!

I have lots of acne and my skin is combo oily and I really love the new Born This Way concealer! I have it in two shades: one that matches my skin tone and one for contouring, and I love it so much! It does not aggravate my acne whatsoever, it is super long wearing, light in texture and the coverage is awesome! Definitely has a hydrating formula but without being oily at all and dries to a semi-matte radiant finish! This concealer is really good! I also love the Laura Mercier Flawless Fusion concealer!

Yeah I believe BTW collection is best for normal to dry skin types. Works great on my normal w dry patches skin.

I haven't tried the Born this Way concealer, but from what I heard, the Born this Way line is not suited well for oily skin types.

I have the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Aquaconcealer and it's pretty good! Doesn't crease or pill with my current eye cream (some eye creams do mess up concealer). I would suggest to give it a try!
