Redeeming full size perfume

Can someone help me figure out what I need to turn in to get the full size bottle from my Sephora favorites sample set? I have looked at everything in the box that came and there is nothing that says it’s what I redeem to get the bottle

@melisaaa3 your set should have come with a little paper card that you bring into the store and exchange for the scent of your choice.
