Perfume sample broken

Does anyone know what to do when you receive a broken perfume sample? Unfortunately, the sprayer was broken for my Miss Dior perfume sample and I tried contacting Sephora but there is no email address and chat is closed even though I am trying to contact them within the normal chat help hours...
