FRAGRENCE PROMO code not registering properly.

I recently noticed under the Canadian Deals, there was a Chloe fragrance promo code for a free Chloe clutch with purchase of select Chloe fragrances. But no matter what Chloe perfume, and or size I added to the basket, an error came up showing 3 other "item numbers" that only qualify for that code. When I put one of these item numbers in the site's Search, no items matching these item numbers came up. Please help.

Sorry for the trouble! The promotion states at checkout that you must purchase the Chloé item numbers 1809219, 1580448 or 1659390 to qualify. Item 1809219 is sold out but I have linked the other two. That item 1809219, was for the Chloé Chloé Eau de Parfum 4.2 oz Eau de Parfum Spray, but it is no longer available in Canada. You are welcome to add one of the linked fragrances to your basket, then enter CHLOECHIC in the promo code section. There is also only one promo code allowed per order. I noticed that the promotion details don't specifically say which size of bottle you need to purchase, but it only seems to work with the larger 2.5 oz bottles.

 

I just tested it out and with the 2.5 oz bottle and the code, the promotion applied. With the smaller bottles, it did not work and I had the same error that you had. 

 

I also noticed that, despite the promotion details, it doesn't seem to work with the Chloe EdP - only the Roses de Chloe or Love Story fragrances.

 

(Also, I'm not sure which bag you'll receive with the promotion. The details for the promo show a bag, almost like a bucket bag, but when you add it to the cart, it looks like a pink cosmetic pouch.)

 

You may need to contact Sephora directly (either by finding a mod on here or by phoning customer service) for more clarification or help. But the details do appear to be somewhat incorrect 😕
