Sephora Virtual Events

So I signed up for the LoveShackFancy and Lancôme virtual events. LoveShackFancy was supposed to come with samples of their perfumes (I signed super early in December when everything was still available). Sephora is supposed to give the gift that you select from them and I never got any of those either. I have 200 hundred points taken from my account for both of these events yet nothing to show for it. I properly wrote my address down and everything. As I previously stated I enrolled right away when all events were still available as well. I do not understand why this has happened. I understand delays in shipping. However it’s already the New Year and almost halfway through January. Has this happened to anyone before? If it has how did you guys fix it? What do you guys think I should do? I normally save my points up, but this time I’m severely disappointed.

@Miranda1599 @It hasn’t shipped out yet. I just got the goodies from the October digital events. It takes them 6-8 weeks after the event to get your gifts.
