Opinions Wanted: Share Your SEPHORiA 2019 Feedback

Greetings, BIC! For those of you who made it to SEPHORiA this year, we had such a blast hanging out with you in person (some of you for the very first time!). It never gets old seeing the BIC take their Community friendships to the “IRL” level, so we’ve been feeling alllll the warm fuzzies ever since.

Now that you’ve hopefully had a chance to settle back into your non-SEPHORiA lives, we’d love for you to share your feedback with us. We appreciate all the input you’ve already shared on existing Community threads, and we wanted to provide a place for you to share your thoughts in one place.

Everything from tickets and communication, to the masterclasses and the Saturday night meetup – and of course, the Community Café inside the Sephora Stop-In – we want to hear it all below. Thank you for your honesty!

@TeamBIC  I have to first say that I had a blast. I purchased tickets for GA 1 and VIP 2. I thought the registration for tickets was a pain in the butt, since i need another device to register my second ticket, and no one really knew how to get around it. During GA 1 my only dislike was that the game room area was way too small, and it was hard to tell which line was for which. During VIP 2 there were a few things that I thought were not that great. One was that my VIP bag was missing some items that were posted in the promo photos. The other was that I did not appreciate being let in later then the posted time, especially while standing out in the sun with no shade. I enjoyed the masterclass, but one problem that I noticed was that people were stealing the Marc Jacobs lipglosses from other seats, and other people were not getting it since of that. I have to say that I enjoyed getting to try out so much awesome stuff, and get samples that I can share with my friends and family. I loved the Saturday night meet up, I am so happy to finally mingle with the girls behind the screen, and meet some of the amazing BIC employees too.  Sadly I did not go to the community cafe, since it was off to the side and outside, and I felt like I would miss out on all the goodies inside. Also I have to say it was pretty hot at the venue, and I noticed a lot of people including the talent was complaining about it. It was also so awesome to get to meet the talent that I been admiring.

@Anastasiya13  Were the Marc Jacobs lip glosses at the NikkieTutorials masterclass? I came in late and didn’t even see/hear about them giving lippies out 😮 (but I’m still glad I got a seat thanks to you and @ElleElleG:))

@Guessgal  Yes, they were all on the seats, and I noticed people were taking them off other peoples seats. Aww, well I am happy you got to sit with us, and I got to meet you, but a bit sad you did not get one of the lipglosses. They should have given them out individually into peoples hands, so that people would not steal.
