I am new here so it's not too late for me to say Happy New Year. I will take all of the tips and pointers I can get also I am freshly 40 so I'm trying to figure out how to dress and act sexy 40... I feel like a 40-year-old that dresses like a 20 year old it's just not who I want to be I want to be a 40 year old that dresses like a sexy 40 year old so any makeup tips or hair tips or any kind of moving up tips help it check out I need you girls. Happy Fresh 40s! What makes you feel confident?  Doesn't have to be a specific makeup item like a lipstick, but that can be something.  It can also be a thing or getting, for example, I feel confident and hot in certain colors, when I'm fresh out of a salon, when I'm wearing certain accessories.  That's usually helps a look.  I like bold lipstick (#moodylipszn), winged and smoky eyes.  Other people might like dewy skin, barely there blush, contouring, lashes, a fresh manicure, etc.  It's about you doing you. 

If you aren't certain, I think the best thing is to treat yourself to a mini makeover, Sephora has these feature focus options where you can get tips on that particular focus.  Eyes, complexion and lashes are services I've gotten, and it can be a big confidence boost without feeling overwhelmed.

Thank you for your kind words and advice. Let me see the thing that makes me most confident is my eyes.. I'm always always complimented on my eyes with or without makeup but when I have a good makeup day I absolutely feel fresh in my forties lol I'm joking but I really really do like that term. Lol. But no seriously on a really really good eye makeup day like I feel so good about myself and not in a conceited way but in like a sweetheart type of way like it just makes me really happy besides that I love to match when I'm wearing everything Nike I'm a happy happy girl I don't know why I just do but you were mentioning something about the mini makeovers at Sephora I would love to check that out.. what's the info on that ladies? I like it here already
