To answer some questions from the event yesterday:

These are EXCLUSIVE to Sephora products, so while there are many more products coming for holiday, these products and gifts are some of the only ones that will be available only at Sephora. 

The Rouge Event on 9/9 will include some of these products, but not all of the Sephora Favorites kits. You will also be able to shop online with a slightly different assortment.

Tomorrow morning we are going to be revealing exclusive holiday collections and gifts LIVE from our New York City press event. I'll be onsite and answering your product questions in real time so get ready!  

The event will take place from 8-10 am ET (5-7 am PT). West Coasters, we know this may be early for you but if you have questions the best time to ask will be when I have access to the product on the front lines! I know that it's going to be difficult to fully stop resellers from purchasing bulk sets. Will Sephora be putting a limit on purchasing sets to avoid this: ( this was last holiday season at a SCJP) @candacebtShe also had two more big bags behind the register. She also had put many sets "on hold" because her credit card was maxed out.

I buy holiday sets in bulk to give to my three sisters, my mom, and I always get one for me.  We compare notes on how they work (I always get skincare as opposed to makeup).  I tend to focus on the less expensive sets, $25 and under.  Not everyone stocking up is a holiday villain!

I totally agree!  This is infuriating.  I know they can't stop people from store hopping but they can at least limit how many you can get at one location.  It's so rude and obnoxious (especially since half the time they're resellers!).
