To answer some questions from the event yesterday:

These are EXCLUSIVE to Sephora products, so while there are many more products coming for holiday, these products and gifts are some of the only ones that will be available only at Sephora. 

The Rouge Event on 9/9 will include some of these products, but not all of the Sephora Favorites kits. You will also be able to shop online with a slightly different assortment.

Ditto! I hate it when they let people buy that many at once. These will sell regardless so why let one person buy them all to resell at ridiculous prices?? Last Xmas I saw someone try to buy 12+ of the same set, I think they limited her at 10 because they held a few back but then she paid and turned around to grab the rest while still holding the shopping bags with the first 10 sets. SMH!

Some people are so inconsiderate.  I can understand buying up to 6 sets, but 12.  Who did she think she is?  What about other people who want the same thing?  At Christmas or during a preview when people are invited, IMVHO, they should limit a person to two sets, maybe 3.  But then that is it.  And if the Customer insists on buying more, don't argue, charge them twice the amount.  When they ask in a whiny voice "Why did you do that?" stores should be allowed to say "You're limited to two or three sets. You just bought 12, so you're taking  these items that these Shoppers might want.  So you have one of two choices. Put 9 back and I'll reimburse your money. Or you can buy those and We'll cover the cost of the others to people really WANT them and will appreciate them."

That is a lack of teaching Her "You don't do those things." and the word "NO" on her Parents' part.

Which Brands am I most excited to see?  I missed the previews, so I'm REALLY hoping Urban Decay comes out with a Holiday line.  I really like their 24 shade Eye Shadow Set. So I'm hoping they come up with something along the Holiday line. The other line I'm looking into is L'Occitane.  I LOVE their hand lotions.   Keeping my fingers crossed.

I would like to hear about products designed for treatment of the delicate skin around the eye, which will actually lift and renew the skin. On vacation in Beverly Hills I was given a sample of a new formula from a "more advanced" company, which I have not been able to find again; based on plant stem cell therapy, that actually worked. No it was not glue. Sufficient samples were given to me for about 4-5 weeks, and if combined with their serum, were incredible. Now, I am 2 years older, tried various other products, even returned to Beverly Hills, but the spa had relocated. What is a desperate Missouri girl to do?
