RE: Re: tightlining tips?

I have very watery eyes and before you apply, make sure your eye is dry or else it will ruin application. the best eyeliner for this is urban decay's 24/7 pencil liners, they're water and smudge proof. try lifting the top lid to open up the space in between your eyeball and lid, so the pencil won't make accidental contact with your eyeball. then run the eyeliner on your top waterline and it should look great! tight lining definitely takes some getting used to, but it looks great when you get the hang of it!

RE: tightlining tips?

I start with an eyeliner pencil on my water line and push it into my lashes. Follow with a wet fine tip eyeliner brush and dip it in eyeshadow and brush it between the layers on my lashes. I then finish with a fine tip eyeliner pen or brush again (dipped in liquid liner) and brush it between the lash layers.

honestly when i first got it i was fine with it. i used some weird one from the dollar store but it watered at first. you just need to keep practicing and when your doing your waterline, make sure to pull your lid down and draw across the water line
