liquid liner or felt tip?

Hey I’m a beginner so I want to know which would be best for beginners like me.

The Pretty Easy liquid liner by Clinique is literally pretty easy to use. The brush tip isn't too flexible but it's also not stiff, so making a wing is easy to do. I also find it lasts all day!

I use kat von d for top lips and smashbox for lower. If u want water proof and you have allergies a gel for the bottom is kinda a must

Pen eyeliners would the easiest to start for beginners such as KVD ink liner, KVD tattoo liner or Stila liquid eyeliner.
