eyes first or foundation first?

does anyone do their eye make up before their foundation or their foundation before their eyes ? looking for tips on which is better 🙂

I typically will do Brows, face, then eyes and touch up the brows more if they need more definition.

I do eyes first if im doing snatched brows, eyeshadow or winged liner, so I can easily correct any mistakes if I mess and not have to worry about fall out ruining my foundation. If I’m doing simple everyday brows I’ll usually do my foundation first.

I prefer to do my eyes first because I feel as though it makes me foundation look better and I won't be worried about fallout, although if you're short on time i would suggest doing your foundation first because I found it to be quicker that way.

Eyes first always. I like the flexibility of wiping away eyeshadow crumbs. If my liner gets messed up I can correct without removing my complexion. Or simply if the look I had in mind wasn't executed well, easier just to wipe the eye look away and start over.

I have always done my foundation first, but lately I've been experimenting with different eye shadows and looks so I've been doing my eyes first. I was getting too much fallout and it's so hard to clean up with foundation already on.

I do my eye makeup, liner and brows before doing my foundation. Then I pack on the rest. I do save mascara and under eye liner/shadow until my face is powdered and set. 

I hate the thoughts of doing my foundation and having to wipe some of it off because of an error with my eye makeup. Then you have to reapply the face makeup...It just comes as a waste of time to me.

I always do my foundation first, then my brows, then most of my eye makeup. And I clean up any fallout under my eye from the shadows and finish up makeup for my water line. 😊

I think that it honestly depends. A lot of people do foundation first because people can freak out with their eyes done first and no complexion. They feel like a raccoon. I like To do brows and eyes first mainly because of fallout. I hate doing a whole face and then going back and fixing because of all of the pigment all over the cheeks.

I always do my eyeshadow first. That way if any glitter or specks of shadow fall, I can wipe them away. Then I apply my face primer , foundation, highlight, mascara, eyeliner and lip product

I believe it is your preference.  I do foundation first because I normally do a basic neutral eye look so I don't worry about messing up my foundation.  If I'm doing a satin or glitter look then I would do my eyes first to avoid fallout.

Honestly depends what you are doing. If you are just doing a basic eye then I would personally do eyes first then face. My “work” makeup I always do this way...I’m more focused on my skin. However if you are going for a dramatic eye then I would do face first. Apply a decent amount of powder under your eye. You don’t want to have to work your foundation around any eyeliner or shadow and risk messing up all the hard work you did on your eye!

it’s all about preference, but i like doing eyes first. i feel like i can’t get more precise and if there’s any fall out from glittery eyeshadow, or if it smudges under my eyes, i can easily remove it without ruining face makeup if i had foundation on!

Do eye make up before foundation because if you use eyeshadow there will be some fall out and you can clean it up with makeup remover. If you have foundation on you will smear some of the product off.

I do my foundation first and apply translucent powder under my eyes so that I can later brush any fallout from the eyeshadows, but if you don't have any translucent powder I recommend doing your eyes first, that way you don't get any fallout all over your foundation

I always do my foundation first, if I did it after my wings and highlighter even brows would not look as good.
