does anyone know of any good eyeshadow primers? i am currently just using a concealer as a primer and it creases very easily. i would love suggestions for a good eyeshadow primer !

Mac's paint pots work so well with eyeshadow just make sure to set it with powder after applying and work to blend it quickly as it is known to dry fast. If you were to sleep through the night with your eyeshadow on and wake up the next morning it would still be untouched! (But of course don't actually do it lol !) 🙂

I've been using the Nars eyeshadow primer and it's worked well with my oily eyelids. I'm about to try the Urban Decay one which I've heard is fantastic.

Urban Decay is the bomb! I have super oily eyelids but with UD, my eye shadow won't move or transfer for at least a good 12-14 hours.

ive used the sephore eye primer for a while before i moved to macs paint pots. i go back and forth betwee the pot, concealer and the sephore eye primer

Honestly, I'm LOVING the NYX nude eyeshadow primer. I think it might be called base camp. It doesn't crease on me at all and makes the shadows look beautifully blended and smooth. I know it's not "high end" but I've also tried the MAC Painterly and I still don't understand what all of the hype is about. It did help the shadows stay on longer but I didn't feel it was super helpful with creasing. I think Urban Decay's eyeshadow primer is also amazing-my stepdaughter swears by it and Urban Decay has so many more hits than misses. The ELF eyeshadow primer with the applicator wand is also AMAZING!!

I'm really loving smashbox's photo finish eye primer. I was using UD's anti aging one for a long time but my eye ended up getting irritated, dry and itchy. The smashbox one doesn't crease and has a thicker/moisturizing formula. It also helps eyeshadow colors appear more vibrant.

Seconded!!! I've used pretty much every primer in Sephora for clients and myself but smashbox is consistently the best in my experience:)
