Any recommendations for eye masks that work well to reduce dark circles, within a low-medium budget? Are the rhode patches worth it?

It honestly depends whether they’re from pigmentation, hollowness, or puffiness. Because eye masks mostly help with hydration & temporary brightening.

Look for one with:
caffeine
niacinamide
peptides
panthenol
hyaluronic acid
green tea extract.
