Apologizes, didn't see "drugstore". Covergirl has the best in my opinion, i love the one in the black tube with the red top.

One of the best drugstore mascaras for volume and length is L'Oreal Voluminous. The Original formula is wonderful and the waterproof version is great too. Back when I only used drugstore products, I always kept this stocked and even now that I've branched out to more expensive brands, I still keep a tube in my bag. Just bought one a couple of weeks ago. You can't go wrong with it.
