best under eye powder

Well I totally LOVE Besame!! I use the vanilla and find it's the best hands down over any other brand. It's become difficult to find so grab it quickly if you can! It smells wonderful, like Old Hollywood, in my mind. It comes with a tiny puff to really get around your eyes to set and brighten. I never need to reapply unless it's been an allergy eyes day. I have tried almost every setting powder under the sun it seems and as someone over 30, the only powder I didn't feel was obnoxiously heavy were the hourglass ambient light and Charlotte Tillbury's flawless finish,neither of which are loose powders surprisingly. If I didn't have all the fine lines I liked Cover FX perfect setting powder and Laura Mercier translucent. KVD wasn't a fav but wasn't too bad either. 😉
