Winged Liner?

I was wondering if anyone has some advice on how I could do winged eyeliner? I've tried the tape and the business card and stuff as a helper, it never ends up looking very good. One of my issues is that I have a hooded eyelid, it's not like you can't see my eyelid at all, it's just that if I put a slightly thick eyeliner on the lash line, it ends up looking emo. I also have an eyebrow that doesn't come down to far, so the whole lining the wing with my brow, doesn't work the best. I also don't want to try a humongous wing, I want to try somewhere in between The Gabbie Show wing(vlogger not makeup guru) and Laura Lee wing. If someone can help that would be great, thanks!!

Practice!!! and a good product. I would recommend getting a thin felt tip liquid liner, this way you can create a fine line and build in need be! Once you get a good product that you like continue to practice. A technique I use is to start at the corner of my eye move up quickly and smoothly, I match the angle with my lower waterline (this won't work with all eye types). Once you get the length you want start at the end of the wing and bring it straight across your eyelid ending about half way down your lashline than finish to the inner corner. Hopefully this helps!

RE: Winged Liner?

I'm looking for advise too. I just tried to do mine off a YouTube how too but am looking for tips. Here is the video I watched. https://youtu.be/lv04ZmFAz4k
