What is the best long lasting eyeliner?

So i got my makeup done at sephora the other day ago. and i loved loved loved my eye look. the eyeliner was amazing and exactly what i wanted. she gave me a smokey under eye. i always struggled to keep my under eyeliner intact with the products i use. but the makeup she did lasted all day!! and i just need tips on what eyeliner is the best for the under eye. i think she used a liquid eyeliner for the bottom but i’m not sure. and she used lots of setting spray but i’m not sure if that really helps with eyeliner? any tips!??

I've had good luck with Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil Rockstar . It smudges if you want it to while applying but then quickly sets and doesn't budge. I do also use the Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion  but not in the area that I'm lining (I do my waterline). I've applied this eyeliner the morning before 13 hour travel days involving a flight and several trains, and it still looks great at the end of the day. It's a bit difficult to remove but micellar water will do the trick!

@PumpkinGutzz @The setting spray definitely helped. Eye primer will also help. My eyeliner usually doesn’t fade or budge if I set it. I use a bunch of different brands from Victoria Beckham beauty, Pat McGrath, MAC, MUFE, Sephora Collection, and Charlotte Tilbury.
