What is the best eyeliner for your waterline?

Some eyeliners dry out to fast, while others just seem to cause raccoon eye. What is your favorite eyeliner that you continue to buy over again?

I absolutely love using Eyco's skinny waterproof liquid liner. It comes in pen form and goes on so smooth, does not move, super dark, and is very easy to work with.

I like the Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner. They are pigmented and do not tug at your eye or smudge. I also like the Sephora Collection Contour Eye Pencil 12hr Wear Waterproof.
