What Mascara Are You Currently Using?

I'd love to hear what mascara everyone is using now and how it's working out! Is there one that has pleasantly surprised you or did it bomb and why?

I was surprised that Urban Decay's perversion was really awesome. I also use Marc Jacobs for a thick look and Guerlain for a more delicate, clean look.

I like the peter thomas roth one for the daytime...it is good for sensitive eyes. I recently got the IT cosmetics superhero mascara in a play box and I have to say I am really impressed...I will likely pick that up next time I need a mascara.

Hmm I haven't heard of PTR. I wonder if its not carried here in Canada. Will keep an eye out for that!

I'm usually devoted to roller lash or better than sex, but recently I've been using the benefit they're real tinted lash primer, and I find that it makes mascaras I usually don't like behave better, so I've been wearing some of the mascaras I didn't like before, like the tartest lash paint.

I've never enjoyed a lash primer but it's been awhile so maybe I need to revisit that!

I have used Lancome's Definicils forever. It's the only mascara I will use. It's a lengthening and separating mascara. Definicils makes my lashes look absolutely beautiful.

I've been using Better than sex and I recently started using Benefit Roller lash. I'm not sure what I like more!!!!!!! I got my mom into the better than sex mascara and she's is not a highend makeup user unless I buy her it for her birthday or Christmas. She's in love with it. I might have gotten her onto the high end makeup bandwagon.

I actually love pairing these two together! I'll use the BTS mascara then define where needed with the Rollerlash, and use just the Rollerlash on my bottom lashes 🙂

Josie Maran Argon Black Oil Mascara. Love it! My lashes look and feel healthier as well as long and full. I had a mini tube from a 500 point perk and was reluctant to try it because I figured since it had an oil in it, it would smudge like crazy. Not the case at all. No smudges at all.

The Make Up For Ever Smoky Extravagant Mascara is my go-to! I love the brush, it lengthens, doesn't clump, and stays on all day.

My all-time favorite mascara is Great Lash by Maybelline. I haven't tried many prestige-brand mascaras just because of the price point, but maybe I will soon because of the Sephora Lashtash kits.

I've been really loving Diorshow because it goes on nice with no clumps and smells pretty, but then I tried Diorshow Blackout and it's a whole other level! Goes on thick and dark without clumps! Doesn't have the pretty smell but it's the best I've tried so far.

I've been using that one too! Got a sample in my ipsy subscription box 🙂 Even better than Dior which was my old go-to

I've been using marc Jacobs velvet noir for months! It's pretty much my HG. I also really loved MUFE smoky lash before I went totally cruelty free.

Haven't tried MJ mascara, might now just because I love the name 'velvet noir' 😄
