Waterproof smudge-free eyeliner??

Does anyone know of a good waterproof eyeliner for the under eye? Anytime I wear eyeliner, it literally always smudges. Even if I set it! 😞 I’m hearing sex kitten by Tarte is good??

This is an old thread but one/size 24 hour waterproof felt eyeliner is awesome! My eyeliner and mascara smudge really easily and this one doesn’t budge.

@reinamay45  Consider MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua Resist Color Pencil Eyeliner . These are gel pencils. When I give them a minute to set, they don't budge—not even when I use them on the upper lid of my hooded eyes. I've tried a few other brands' gel eyeliner pencils (including Pat McGrath, and I love many other PMG products) but for me, MUFE's are the best performers. These are an updated and improved version of MUFE's old Aqua XL pencils which had a broader shade range (if I recall correctly), though not as broad as their Artist Color Pencils. I hope these new Aqua Resist pencils get an expanded shade range soon. 

If you want a liquid liner, you could try MAKE UP FOR EVER Aqua XL Ink Eye Liner . These might also have been updated recently... it's been a couple years since I bought one.

@reinamay45 Makeup Geek just came out with waterproof eyeliners

I found that fenty’s flyliners never budge on me for both waterline and underneath to smudge out. They are just pencils and not liquid but they do have a small wiggle room to blend out before setting and staying!
