Waterproof Mascara!

  I’ve tried more mascaras, water proof included, than I can count & none have worked for me but one!  That “one” is 

“ Fairy Drops Scandal Queen Mascara” I’m unable to find it any where, except on eBay at totally ridiculously high prices!  When Sephora had it, it was a very reasonable price! Any one know where I can get this mascara, other than eBay?    -OR-

  If it’s gone for good...can any one recommend a really great water proof mascara?  I have hooded eyes & nothing seems to keep it off my eye lids like the Fairy Drops did! 

   I’ve tried the Too Faced, Better Than Sex, YSL, Sephora brand, Bareminerals & Bareminerals Magic Wand, (which was really great), plus a whole lot of Big Box store types!  I end up with black arches on my eye lids every time!  Plus, Water Proof seems to be hard to find!

    Please let me know what your favorite is!!

@vtpj I have hooded lids too and remember Fairy Drops!! It was so great. I even miss the wand. The Heroine Make waterproof mascara doesn't have the fibres but it stays for days. You'll definitely need makeup remover for this one though.
