Under eye dry

I am using the huda beauty mango colour corrector and  the Mac Studio fix nc35 concealer . The issue I am having is the I still seeing a little grayish colour peeing through and the concealer looks dull. Do I need to change my concealer to NC30 as I have already change my color corrector from peach to mango. Not sure what to do?

Re: Under eye dry

@Sapphire30 It sounds like the color of the concealer is off, like you're over correcting or neutralizing.  If you're brightening your undereye, consider something pinkish or lavender if you're cool, yellow if you're warm.

I'm warm olive, and will use a blue color corrector for a warm/orange foundation.  But, my sunscreen also has blue in it, I have actually made myself grey by using too much of the corrector.

@Sapphire30 @Sephora employee here

I wouldn’t go lighter because sometimes it can make the under eye darkness worse.

How are you applying your concealer? Are you using a brush or your fingers? Are you applying an eye cream that has vitamin c to prep?

Re: Under eye dry

When I am apply my concealer I am dabbing with a brush and I don’t put a lot on.

Re: Under eye dry

I am using a brush to apply both products .
I also use embryolisse cream and mix  a few drops of squalene oil and apply it under my eye . I use to put ordinary vitamin c under my eyes before my color corrector and concealer but over time it started to dry my under eyes so then I stopped using it.

Re: Under eye dry

@Sapphire30 When applying with a brush are you swiping it on or dabbing it on?
