Setting powder for colorful eyeliner

Hi everyone- So I like colorful eyeliner. I hate the little smudge you get in the outside corner after a few hours from tears and oils. I was thinking about setting with a powder to try and reduce migration, but I don’t have an eyeshadow that perfectly matches all my colors of eyeliner... what products does everyone recommend. Before you ask, yes I’m priming, yes I use setting spray 😉 Thanks!

Just use any translucent powder, like Laura Mercier, and a very small brush to apply over eyeshadow or at the very edge. I also like to START with translucent before applying any products to give a good oil zapping base.
