Seeking blue eyeshadow

I’m looking for a crazy blue eyeshadow- I already have the huda sapphire palette but all of the blues are too dark. I want something icy, preferably w shimmer. I attached a photo for reference! Let me know any suggestions 💗

Hey! I have the Morphe The James Charles Palette 2.67 oz/ 75.7 g  (the first palette I ever bought and it pretty much has every colour you’d need!) and the blue is really pretty. It is quite vibrant though. Also, I just bought the Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina® Mini Pro Pigment Palette Vol. 3 inside of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Mini Norvina Pro Pigment Collection Vault (Vols. 1, 2, & 3) and the blue shade looks really pretty!
