STILA LIQUID EYELINER?? Has it changed formulas??

Ok y'all, this has been my go-to liquid liner for YEARS. I have always been adventurous in trying other brands if recommended to me, but I always go back to my old faithful, Stila liquid eyeliner in jet black. 

It seems like my last two pens have dried out sooner, and the brush becomes so hard to work with so quickly. Is anyone else seeing this?? The last one I bought came in a couple weeks ago and my wing looks so faded and wispy and bleh, and it used to be so easy to create so a rich, crisp, clean wing. 

Have I gotten a couple of duds....or is anyone else seeing this? Or does anyone have a recommendation on a new one to try....

I’ve been using the stila Stay All Day® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner Intense Black for years now as well and have not noticed any difference in formulation. Some liquid liners that I find to be very similar in pigmentation and in the applicator that are just as great are SMASHBOX - Always On Liquid Eyeliner
