NATURAL looking under-eye concealer/highlighter recommendations?

I'm a late-50s woman, and I'm looking for a long-lasting under-eye concealer that won't cake, will blend well with makeup (or without), and that will, perhaps, highlight a little to make me look awake and rested.  I don't have many wrinkles, but I do have some puffy/light circles under my eyes.  I have a light-medium caucasian complexion. What do you think?

I would think that maybe urban decays naked skin concealer would work. It comes in a range of colors and even a hilight shade. I would pair it with Laura mercier’s brightining powder.😉
