My Bronze Gold Full Face Makeup Look

I really wanted to create a bronzy look. Cut creases are ALWAYS a struggle on my hooded eyes....I think the look game out great. Do any of you have trouble with hooded eyes???

I too have hooded eyes. I do my makeup a bit differently because of it. I have often looked to Wayne Goss (and another and I forgot her name, dang) on YT for tricks and tips for hooded eyes. Usually I'll either search hooded or go for a more Korean eye look as their routines look better on me.

I have very hooded eyes and yes, cut creases were a struggle for me previously. Let me also say your look turned out great 😊 the product that has really helped me is the NYX Pigment Primer, not the glitter glue. It’s a newer item they released and I use it every time I use shimmer on my lids, especially for cut creases and halo eyes. It holds my shadows all day without the transferring issues. Also, this will take up and shadow that you apply it over, so don’t expect to use it for a layered effect with reflects or something, but for cutting a crease or putting shimmer all over the lid, it’s perfect. Last tip, apply some of the primer and then look up as high as you can. This will cause the primer to transfer to your hood and that is where you should cut your crease. That way it’s high enough to be seen when your eyes are opened, and there won’t be transferring since the shimmer is up there already! Hope these tips help! 😊

Looks beautiful! My eyes are a bit hooded too, and even with primer my shadows tend to end up muddied together by midday. What lipstick is that?
