Mascara for hooded eyes

Does anyone have a recommendation for mascara that doesn't flake on mature hooded eyes?

Etude house lash perm waterproof mascara doesn’t budge and holds a good curl.  

Jill Stuart waterproof mascara is also amazing!!!  @msbrown 

both these mascaras are impossible to remove without an oil cleanser massaged into the lashes.  You can take a nap or rub your eyes to the heavens and they’re not going anywhere.

if you dont want to spend crazy money..essence is at ulta and they are like 4 dollars every one is so good

Hi @msbrown , I've found that mascara primers help with longevity and staying power.  Dior and Lancome have really popular ones. 

DIOR - Diorshow Maximizer 3D Triple volume plumping lash primer

Lancôme Cils Booster XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Primer .18 oz / 5.5 ml

Have you tried tubing mascaras?  Those usually stay put all day for me.  The one I like best is actually a drugstore brand.... L'Oreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes.

The really big guns for me are mascara topcoats that work on top of your favorite mascara.  For some reason they're really hard to find as they get discontinued often.  Clarins Double Fix Mascara Waterproof Topcoat and NYX Proof It Mascara Topcoat work well for me.

I second the primer idea, @msbrown. I've had good luck with the Lancome one. Also WANDER BEAUTY - Mile High Club Mascara is amazing for staying power. I find that it doesn't flake or smudge at all on me.
