Makeup Looks for a Royal Blue dress?

I am going to be in a wedding in January and i will be wearing a royal blue dress with silver heels, i would love something flawless but i cant find any looks that i like 😥

@Anonymous I think a great look with a royal blue dress would be a neutral eye with a subtle pop of a matching blue liner on the upper lashes and a MLBB lip. The silver shoes sort of throws a wrench in it as far as color goes, especially for a wedding. If it were for New Years or something I’d say to full sparkle or shimmer but depending on the theme of the wedding that sort of makeup might be too much. A good highlighter with a subtle silver sheen or shift would be nice in the inner corner of the eye as well. A royal blue dress and the silver shoes are a statement on their own, so putting small hints of those shades in your makeup will pull the look together.

You could also look at the other colors in the wedding and draw from that. What colors are the flowers/cake/decorations?

Last time I wore a vibrant blue dress I did a silver (almost gunmetal) smokey eye since I wanted the focus on my dress. I don't know if that helps you but I think it looks stunning. ❤️ Have fun at the wedding!
