Looking For the Best Eyeliner

Hey folks! 

What is the best black eyeliner out there? 

I had a Tattoo Eyeliner from KVD and it dried out within two weeks. Now I am using NYX Epic Ink Liner but it bleeds all the time. The formula runs out of the applicator. So annoying! 

Any suggestions? Do you know any eyeliners that are easy to use, don't bleed and flake off

I am not a fan of liquid eyeliner pens at all. They dry out really fast and I find the pay off isn't the best. I wear eyeliner everyday and my favorites are:

Anastasia Beverly Hills Waterproof Matte Liquid Eyeliner 0.08 oz/ 2.4 mL 

MAC Cosmetics Liquidlast 24-Hour Waterproof Eyeliner Point Black 

NYX Epic eyeliner (it stays put! You really have to scrub it off, great dupe for the mac one)

As far as black liquid liner? The ABH can’t be beat.

@Alona123 I had a similar experience. I've tried many black pen liners sold at Sephora and was so disappointed. My faves are K-Palette and Flow Fushi Moteliner though the Mote has been replaced by Uzu and I read it is not as good 😢
