What is the difference between a felt tip and a brush tip liquid eyeliner

@SkinForward, yeah, it's just a difference in the type of tip.  Like, a stamp liquid eyeliner would be an eyeliner that is a stamp.

I find that felt tip skips more often, especially if you layer it over a glitter shadow and the shadow starts to adhere to the tip.  A brush tip can also get unruly if you cap it incorrectly and the bristles get bent, so it's a matter of preference/care of what you want.

@SkinForward @I feel like the felt tip has more of a precise applicator that is easier to use. A brush tip is just what it sounds like (like a paint brush).
