Liquid Eyeliner Waterproof 24 Hour

I am looking for a true 24 hour liquid brush eyeliner for top lid…and eyeliner that truly won’t run off or smudge. One that requires makeup remover to take off. Everything I’ve tried smears or needs to be reapplied. Looking for dark brown. Thank you!

(Only available in black 😢)

and

NYX epic wear liquid eyeliner (available in brown)

Smudging, I find, depends a lot on your skin type and eye shape.  I have oily lids and an almond shape eye, so wearing liner without an eyeshadow or primer = smudge, no matter the product.

For primer I like:

Liner:

Danessa Myricks Beauty Linework Paintbrush Fluid Liquid Eyeliner 0.034 oz / 1 ml (It's a brush tip, which I prefer and find less unwieldy that a felt)

Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner Black
