Is there an eyeliner that works even when you have eyeshadow on? I have the kat von D one and it won’t work on top of eyeshadow.

I use the MARC JACOBS BEAUTY - Highliner Liquid Gel Eyeliner, and I love it!  It goes on really smooth over all of my eyeshadows-including the shimmery ones.  Plus, it lasts all day and comes off easily in the shower.

@dennniisse I recommend trying Tarte’s tarteist double take eyeliner. It’s works great over shadows even shimmers. Or if you’re looking for a drug store brand, try Nyx liquid liner. Both are so easy to use and have made me worry-free about smudging and transferring!

@dennniisse I’m crazy about Victoria Beckham’s liners. Her black is incredible over all shadow!

I like all of Tarte’s eyeliners, both their retractable pencils and their liquid liners. They go over eyeshadow quite well, and I use a lot of eyeshadow 😂

Hi @dennniisse i'm so surprised to hear that the KVD eyeliner isn't working for you overtop of an eyeshadow. Are you using the KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Tattoo Eyeliner or the KVD VEGAN BEAUTY - Ink Well Long-Wear Matte Eyeliner? I find the Ink Well works better over eyeshadow, but the tattoo eyeliner is always my go to...is it maybe an older product? If so, that could be the problem there. Although not noted, makeup does have a shelf life and it could just be dried out or passed its prime. Regardless I do have some other favourites I thought i'd share:
