How to open the bottle for Ultimune Eye Power Infusing Eye Concentrate

Trying to figure out how break open the bottle for the Ultimune Eye Power Infusing Eye Concentrate. It's not your average product bottle, so I can't really get it open to get the rest of the product that I suspect is there. I contacted someone that opened it- saw their pic and description in a review, but wanted to see if anyone else knew how to get it open. Thanks!
