How to make small eyes look bigger?

I am super fair with blue eyes. My eyes are pretty small; think Taylor Swift. How can I make my eyes look bigger without dramatic makeup? I work at a manufacturing company so it would look silly if I showed up wearing super dark eyeshadow or thick liner. 😊Also how can I make my eye color stand out more? Thanks!

use white eyeliner on your bottom water line or like a light skin color eyeliner

Honestly I would recommend if you do wear top liner to do it thin and on your bottom water line use a white or cream color that helps to open up your eyes

@miltoncat Black liner can help your eyes look larger.  I rec a thinner liner so that your eyes aren't overtaken by a heavy line.  Houglass makes a 1.5 mm liner which is good - but it's also buildable so you can get a thicker line if you want.  Smashbox Jet Set liner made my eyes pop; I don't use it, though, b/c I'm too lazy to wash a liner brush!  Good luck!

what works for me is using fake, extreme lashes or a really good mascara like the better than sex water proof mascara.

Thanks everyone! I am trying to perfect my tightlining skill... alas, lining the lower waterline is out for me. I have sensitive eyes as well as chronic dry eye. I put in drops 1000x a day. My eyes go red and puffy if I just think about putting anything on the waterline. I've tried... it's pretty gross.

I have hooded eyelids so my eyes tend to look small and even smaller when I laugh/smile. Therefore, I put on eyeliner directly on or over my eyelashes to make it look bigger. I also buff some eyeshadow in my waterline but only 3/4 of it or else it'll make my eyes look small. This effect makes your eyes appear smokey and even more with mascara!

Check out my girl Chrisspy on YouTube she does her shadow differently from most because she wants to have larger eyes she looks so different without it but it works you just have to find your happy medium! Good luck

I agree with lining your lower water line with either a cream or white liner (white can sometimes be too severe though). Curling your lashes will definitely open up the eyes, plus I always feel like my eyes look bigger with lots of mascara, especially if it's lengthening. Also placing a little bit of highlighter on your inner corner will make your eyes pop and look more awake. 

For making your eye color pop, a good trick is to use complimentary colors. So for blue eyes, use orange based hues (copper, gold, browns), for brown use blue based hues, green use purple, and hazel use greens.

Line your lower waterline with a creme colored liner. This gives the illusion of having bigger eyes.

Ok let's see if we can tackle all of this with one product lol. To make your eyes look naturally bigger you can tightline your upper lid. Since you want to make your eye color stand out I would do it with a dark brown liner.
