Help!! I need waterproof eyeliner recomendations!!

Hi! I'm new to this, and in serious need of a new eyeliner!! The last one I had caused a severe allergic reaction, and my skin is still healing... I need waterproof that actually stays through everything thing, not just watery eyes. Any suggestions would be appreciated!! TIA
