What is a good eyeliner for the water line?

I personally love either the Marc Jacobs Highliners (the matte ones- they stay better for me) or the Tarte Sex Kitten eyeliner. Waterline eyeliner usually runs on me, but those two brands do NOT. The staying power is great! Hope this helps!

The urban decay 24/7 eyeliner pencil in shade “perversion” is very good and it’s the blackest one. Also If you are looking for different colors , that one is amazing and has really good colors.

@indirahalkic1 I regularly use the MARC JACOBS BEAUTY - Highliner Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner for my waterline.  I have a few shades and they never disappoint.

Glossier Play Colorslide and NARS Larger Than Life Long-Wear eyeliners work best in my waterline. They usually stay put, even when my eyes water.
