colorpop is the best quality inexpensive palettes with great pigmentation. I recently just tried the elf mini palettes for $4 each and really enjoyed. you can order them from any drug stores.

While Colorpop has currently closed their online shipping due to COVID-19, they make some really nice palettes of great value! I have a number of them. My favourites include: Baby got Peach, Going Coconuts, Orange you Glad and Strawberry Shake. I highly recommend them! Another more affordable option is Morphe - they have a number of palettes available through the Sephora site and i've been happy with them.

@Anonymouswhat are you looking for price range and performance wise? Colorpop has a lot of great options at very reasonable prices. Here on sephora they have great deals on some more prestige brands (still not necessarily cheap though) around memorial day and labor day and they have been running daily deals at the same time as ulta's 21 days of beauty sales

Personally for cheap eyeshadows I enjoy the Morphe ones. They don't perform quite as well as some of my expensive ones, but I can still put a bit more work and blending into them to get a great result. I know as far as drugstore Elf and Wet and Wild also have some great options at an unbeatable price.
