Eyeshadow stains

Does anybody have a good recommendation for how to get eyeshadow stains off of eyelids? I was playing around with one of my blue Shades, I didn't have it on for more than 30 minutes and it's stained my eyelids a light blue. Help 😂😂😂

My Holy Grail get any out, remove all traces of makeup product is the Lancome Bifacil Eye Makeup remover, this is THE BEST! Or if you don’t have access to that try another dual phase oil based makeup remover and try holding the cotton round or whatever you used to remove it with into ur eyelid for 30 seconds and then gently wipe. The oil usually is better in breaking down stubborn makeup residue. Good luck!!! I feel ur pain! I had a hot pink eyeshadow stain my eye last week and the Lancome (thankfully!) got it right off!! Lol

Yes, but I'm reluctant to try to scrub around my eye area just because it is my eye area. I don't want to risk damaging or tearing my skin up just to get the pigment off.

You might try putting the oil based remover on your eyelids and letting it sit for a few minutes, so it can really sink into the shadow.  Then take a SOFT cotton pad (I love the ones from Koh Gen Do, they are incredibly soft!) and wipe gently from inner corner to temple.  There's really no way to avoid slight pulling, you get the same thing putting ON the eyeliner or shadow.  Just be very delicate. and use your middle or ring fingers to slide the pad.  They put a little less pressure on your lid than using your index finger.
