What’s the best beginner palette that’s in the price range of 25-48 dollars, I want a warm or neutral palette that’s easy to blend not a lot of fall out and not a lot of kickback, please list palettes please, I have fair-light skin and hazel eyes and don’t like super dark looks

i would say the modern renaissance palette by anastasia beverley hills is a really good palette to start off with. it’s got a lot of warm toned colors, good enough to pull together neurtal looks!

i would definitely go with Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance. I use it everyday literally it's so pigmented and colors are very wearable for everyday look and works for more of dramatic looks too. worth Every single penny.
