Eyeshadow for daily wear?

I am seeking a subtle eyeshadow for daily wear. I've been wearing a pale blue shade that looks good but my GF said it feels kinda off for daytime and I agree. I wear powder foundation, blush, eyeshadow, mascara, and lipstick daily. (P.S. I'm a guy.) Your suggestions for something that'll look natural and cute will be very much appreciated!

Have you considered lining your inner waterline with a pale blue liner instead for quick pop of color without having to opt for something applied as fully as shadow? Having an accent color applied here is a fun and unexpected way that not every tends to wear color.

Marc Jacobs makes some incredibly smooth gel liners that come in an array of shades!

Deja Blue 57 - powder blue

Blue Me Away 84 - light sky blue pearl

Here's some inspiration for sporting blue along the waterline:

If you want to opt for an added touch, blend two or more shades together for an ombre effect.

If you do prefer to stick with shadow, try a touch of a duskier or even cooler toned blue along the inner corners as your "highlight", again, it's another way to wear color in an unorthodox manner as typically more flesh toned shades go here.
